Ontario Cup Men’s Soccer Returns to Thunder Bay

Thunder Bay, Ontario ---  July 9, 2010 ----   The Thunder Bay Italia Juventus Soccer Club and the Premier Soccer League of Thunder Bay are excited to announce the return of Ontario Cup soccer to Thunder Bay. Brampton FC will be traveling to Thunder Bay this weekend to face-off against Juventus in the third round of the 2010 Ontario Cup Men’s Division.

The game will take place on Saturday, July 10th, at Chapples Park 4, kicking-off at 4:00 p.m. (EDT) The two teams will be facing elimination on Saturday, as the loser will be knocked out of the competition. Juventus will look to put on a strong showing in front of its home fans, and advance to the quarter final stages later on this month.

Brampton F.C. finds their way to Thunder Bay, after defeating the Aurora Heats to advance to the third round against Juventus. The local side, on the other hand, has not played a single game in the tournament due to the lack of teams entering the competition within the Soccer Northwest Ontario District (SNO).
